Our offices are computer linked, situated in prime town centre locations and are open 7 days a week with phone lines open until 7pm on a Monday. Technology, including industry leading computer software, is utilised to effectively and efficiently market property 24 hours a day on the countries leading property portals as well as making communication as easy as possible.

As part of the movewithus network of agents, which has over 1000 offices countrywide, wherever clients are looking to move to or from, we are able to help.

An integral part of our service through carefully selected associated companies is arranging “no sale-no fee” conveyancing, providing independent mortgage advice, property sales by auction as well as exciting innovative overseas investments.

Holmes Pearman are members The Property Ombudsman for Estate and Letting Agents which assures clients receive a regulated service with a code of practice approved by the Office of Fair Trading, and high ethical standards backed by Professional Indemnity Insurance and an Independent Complaints Procedure.
