Reporting Management Issues
Our working hours are Monday to Friday – 8.45am to 6pm, Saturday – 9am to 1pm. You can report any maintenance issues for properties managed by Holmes Pearman by emailing management@holmespearman.co.uk or telephone 0844 375 2131.

For out of hours issues please email and these will be dealt with the next working day. 

If it is an emergency that can’t wait please refer to the section below.

Emergency call out
In the first instance phone RGH on 07966 277 984 for all gas and electrical problems and Hopesun on 07534 997 284 for all other maintenance issues. If neither of these are available and it is an emergency that cannot wait you will have to find an appropriate contractor.

PLEASE NOTE YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR ANY OF THE ABOVE TO ATTEND YOUR PROPERTY AND CARRY OUT ANY WORKS INCLUDING CALL OUT CHARGES. THIS MAY BE REFUNDED BY THE LANDLORD UNDER THE TERMS OF THE LETTING AGREEMENT, HOWEVER THIS WILL BE THE LANDLORDS DECISION AND IF THE MATTER IS NOT DEEMED TO BE AN EMERGENCY YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE CONTRACTOR.
